Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Finance (SVP) is the leader of the Finance & Accounting team for 4 global entities, 4 active Special Purpose Entities (SPEs), and 1 Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WFOE). This role contributes to the success of the company by synchronizing multi-layered tax and profit strategies that optimize stakeholders’ returns and that strengthen our financial and capital position. The SVP supports our vision by directing all domestic and international accounting activities related to budgeting, treasury, AP/AR, tax compliance, payroll, financial reporting and monthly, quarterly, and year-end processing.
Major Duties Include:
Reports to EVP of Strategy to provide over-arching leadership of our global finance and accounting activities
Provides expert guidance on our worldwide organizational structure ensuring optimal profitability in each entity such that tax strategies are achieved
Internationally, manages foreign legal entities, foreign bank accounts and relationships, and inter-company transaction processes, including transfer pricing, for ultimate consolidation with the US entity
Drives strategic, multi-entity cash forecasting, line of credit utilization and covenant compliance
Is an inspirational change-maker across multiple entities and can provide guidance to the executive committee in setting financial and profit-impacting strategies with poise and presence.
In 2025-2026:
o Leads the domestic company in the preparation for its inaugural audited financial statements
o Works with CPA and outside consultants to explore the optimal timeline for conversion from an S-Corp to a C-Corp
Accountable for the accuracy and productivity of multi-entity day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed assets records, etc
Leads and oversees the production of monthly reporting for owners and banks as well as consolidated financial statements for the domestic company and international entities
Oversees comprehensive month end close for multiple business entities to include approving journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, tax reporting, preparing inter-company billing/receiving and analyzing profit performance
Enforces internal controls and separation of duties to maintain financial integrity and best practices
Champions strong relationships with auditors, tax advisers, vendors, insurance companies and bankers
Interfaces with external CPA firm and international consultants to ensure tax compliance and timely tax return filings
Fosters strong professional relationships with the entire management group by providing direct counsel and feedback that positively impacts the performance of the business and sharpens the financial acumen of the team
Balances both the results and culture success of the team by effectively interviewing, selecting, onboarding and training new team members
Provides training, coaching and inspiration to impact team member development and attainment of goals
Provides over-arching, enterprise support to uncover people and process opportunities, crafts solutions, and champions the implementation
Maintains records of Team Members’ achievements, productivity, and development opportunities to prepare and deliver continual performance feedback
Processes and approves accurate and timely payroll for core team members
Appreciates the relationship between recognition, reinforcement, and results
Leads and creates inter-departmental partnerships for strategic growth
Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans
Participates in special projects as needed and handles emergency requests and assignments
Promotes our FOH Culture through action and leadership
Additional Information:
This is a permanent, full-time salary position (Exempt)
South Florida-based candidates strongly encouraged to apply
This role participates in our hybrid schedule
Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office
Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
This role requires approximately 20% travel, both domestically and internationally
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, finance or related field
MBA or CPA designation required
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in global, multi-national accounting, finance
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a senior leadership/ managerial role
Proficiency in GAAP and IFRS is required
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Mastery in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in sophisticated ERP systems, SAP Business One strongly preferred
Proficient in ADP, Concur, Datarails and Avalara platforms (or similar)

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated or budgeted range.
