Talent Acquisition Partner (CONTRACTOR)

Contract duration: 3-6 months.
In-office requirement: 3 days per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
The role primarily focuses on Distribution and campus recruitment, managing high volume requisitions (30+).
Reporting to a regional Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment within their assigned region. This includes managing a mix of high volume and one-off requisitions, sourcing top talent internally and externally, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full Lifecycle Recruitment
Manage a full requisition load, executing end-to-end recruitment processes across all Red Bull entities in the region, including profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Drive Business Partnerships
Collaborate with leadership and Talent Business Partners to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, TBPs, and stakeholders.
Promote transparency and regular communication in the TA process.
Strategic Thinking
Adapt recruitment strategies based on business needs and market conditions.
Develop creative solutions for recruitment challenges.
Stay informed about industry trends to attract top talent.
Data-Driven Insights & Technology
Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine strategies.
Provide data-based insights and recommendations.
Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to streamline hiring processes.
Recruitment Marketing
Leverage social media for employer branding and candidate outreach.
Use networking and talent resources to meet hiring needs.
Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote inclusive hiring.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with emphasis on DEI.
At least 3 years of high-volume campus recruitment experience.
Knowledge of CPG industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills, influencing abilities, and decision-making.
Proactive in delivering talent solutions.
