Overview Talent Acquisition Partner English and Spanish Speaker — remote position with regular travel to Zimmer Biomet Warsaw site. This role supports the global Talent Acquisition team, attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds, and collaborates with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. Utilize data and market insights to advise on realities or alternatives. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values. Guide the manager and candidate through interview phases, ensuring a robust assessment process and a smooth candidate experience. Artfully manage offers and negotiations to achieve a successful outcome for both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to grow the future pipeline. Support diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing as needed. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner. Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. Fluency in English and Spanish. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Strong sourcing techniques and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred / Stand Out Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. Influencing and negotiation skills. Travel 10-20% travel expected. Compensation Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 with an added bonus structure.
