Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for US Sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Source talent across platforms, events, and networks; engage passive candidates
Craft compelling outreach that highlights Coralogix’s value and culture
Track and report key hiring metrics and pipeline progress
Ensure smooth candidate experience and internal coordination
Requirements
5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech environment
Proven experience hiring US-based sales roles, including senior-level
Strong knowledge of tech and sales recruitment practices
Creative sourcing skills and data-driven recruitment mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The position is based in Coralogix's office in Boston and requires working from the office at least 3 times a week
