Tax Manager | Hybrid Remote in Madison, WI

Compensation: $120k - $150k (DOE)


Join an established accounting and consulting firm with over 40 years in business! We are currently expanding our tax team and seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the Madison office. We serve clients nationally and across several industries including Real Estate, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, Non Profits, Professional Services and more. We have multiple offices nationwide and over 200+ employees, we are continuing to expand our team while offering the resources of a national practice and the culture of a close-knit team.


Role Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and advisory work while managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing returns, managing engagements and providing proactive tax and financial guidance.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA strong preferred or in progress
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to work on site in Madison few days a week (Hybrid Remote Flexibility)
