What You’ll Do • Lead complex tax planning and compliance projects for diverse client portfolio • Manage and mentor junior staff members • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives • Build lasting client relationships across industries • Contribute to firm growth through business development support
What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience • CPA certification required • Strong technical skills across individual, corporate, and partnership taxation • Leadership experience with team management capabilities • Client service mindset with excellent communication skills • Desire to be part of a growing, innovative firm
