Tax Manager – High-Net-Worth Clients

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Profit Sharing + 401(k) with above-average match

What You’ll Do:

• Lead tax planning and preparation for individuals and closely held businesses
• Review and oversee complex tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1120-S, and 1065
• Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver strategic, year-round tax guidance
• Monitor tax law changes and apply them to client situations
• Contribute to firm-wide improvements and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of professional tax experience
• CPA license required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities preferred
