Tech Transformation Associate Six Sigma & RPA (Remote)
Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Tech Transformation Associate with Six Sigma and RPA Drive Client workshops to understand Scope and Process details and conduct High Level Process and Technical Feasibility Assessment.

Responsibilities
Drive client workshops to understand scope and process details
Conduct high level process and technical feasibility assessment
Propose and define transformation/automation scope of the process
Design a high-level transformation/optimization/automated solution schematic
Create a business view transformation/optimization/automation solution design, detailing the as-is steps and the to-be process flow
Assign solution complexity for the proposed scope to be automated
Understand operational metrics (volume, seasonality, average handling time) to gauge effort and benefits
Define a quantifiable benefits case for the client business case
Identify capacity required to run the to-be process/automation in BAU/production and license requirements to meet SLAs
Utilize the reusable asset library and identify reusable components within each client
Create a hybrid-agile plan to automate the process
Provide post-implementation support for change requests – impact analysis, feasibility, effort, timelines, complexity, benefits
Lead and facilitate sign-off from client stakeholders on PDD, SDD, scope and plan
Ability to lead and conduct proofs of concepts where required by the client
Desirable qualifications and skills

Storytelling or communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Transformation and design thinking skills
Procurement and finance skills
Six Sigma project certification (Green or Black belt and LSS certified)
RPA tools certification (for design, not coding)
10+ years of experience in business transformation or business process improvement
(2+ years in business transformation for Fields programs preferred)
5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders

Salary & Benefits

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
