Seward Community Health Center is seeking a Project Manager for a temporary assignment through November 2025 to support a variety of projects at our health center located in beautiful Seward, Alaska. This position will work independently to develop, implement, and manage our Expanded Hours grant from start to finish focusing on enhancing clinical efficiencies, purchasing clinical equipment, marketing, patient outreach, community events, and grant management.
Term of Employment: ASAP to November 30, 2025
Wage: $40-50.00 per hour (DOE), eligible for overtime.

Sample Duties and responsibilities
The following examples of duties and accountabilities illustrate the general range of tasks but are not intended to define the limits of the required duties. Lead the administration of SCHC's Expanded Hours grant, ensuring all activities meet grant objectives and deadlines. Research program initiatives and manage full-life cycle of award projects from conception to execution. Oversee the procurement process for award purchases to ensure compliance with SCHC policies, state and federal regulations, and grant award guidance. Coordinate the purchase, delivery, and installation of new clinical equipment funded through the grant; ensure appropriate training and documentation for equipment use Monitor and manage grant budgets, ensuring all expenditures meet funding guidelines and documentation requirements. Assist with marketing and communications related to Expanded Hours grant activities, including digital content, flyers, and press releases. Ensure all program records, reports, and compliance documentation are complete, accurate, and stored according to policy. Qualifications, Education, Experience and Requirements (all levels)
This position requires an extremely high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines, and thorough follow-up. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required. Four years of Project Management experience preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Pre-employment drug screening, TB test, required vaccinations per policy, background check and reference check.
