That's why we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us bring our innovative solutions to merchants throughout the area. Responsibilities As a Territory Sales Manager, drive revenue growth and bring in net new business from prospects while recruiting, growing, and leading a smaller team of sales professionals. Use a consultative approach to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships. Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more). Partner with the Division Manager to train and ramp, and accompany Relationship Managers to help achieve sales goals through coaching and training. Utilize Atlas, the tablet-based CRM, for lead generation, sales presentations, value analysis, and paperless contract processing. Recruit, hire, and coach sales reps under you; train and coach them to be successful in the field. Maintain scheduling flexibility with a work-from-home setup while maximizing residuals on the business you bring in. Maintain a professional demeanor, integrity, urgency, and a high talent for sales; thrive on cold-calling and face-to-face conversations. Other Responsibilities Network locally to find sales reps and maintain prospecting and networking excellence. Collaborate effectively, work independently, and contribute to a team-focused environment. Be a performance-driven sales hunter and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Scout for talent and interview like a Hollywood casting director. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License Successful completion of pre-employment background check Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment Must live in area relative to job posting location Compensation & Benefits W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits. Commission-based compensation with aggressive weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership; first-year earnings potential in the $90,000–$105,000+ range for top performers.
