The ideal candidate will have experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and investigations. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Preferred office locations include San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC. Other office base locations include: Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Walnut Creek, Seattle, or the option to work remotely based in approved states.
