WE WANT AN INNOVATOR WHO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT DRIVING IMPACT We’re seeking a Vice President, Finance to shape the future of our global finance function. This is a multifaceted leadership role combining strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on execution. You’ll oversee all core finance functions, including accounting, tax, and FP&A, and partner with the CFO to support our next phase of growth. We’re looking for a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis, with a continuous improvement mindset and an eye for system optimization. You’ll be a key partner in evolving processes and structures to meet the needs of a growing, fast-paced organization. The role is based in Boston, USA, with occasional global travel, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer (Boston based).

What You’ll Do

• Provide insightful and trusted counsel to the CFO and executive team on financial and business issues related to overall performance; make the finance function a strategic asset
• Lead planning, modeling, accounting, treasury, tax and reporting activities for the firm’s financial operations
• Provide hands-on, metrics-driven financial leadership to accelerate growth and give operational insight to the executive team
• Contribute to the development of short, medium, and long-term strategies
• Scale the organization — people, processes, and systems; act as an agent of change and transformation
• Instill measurement-based financial management to ensure accurate planning, forecasting and reporting in support of initiatives
• Develop and review financial forecasts with senior management and recommend actions for improvement
• Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, quarterly and annual audits, tax filings, and analysis of performance, variance and cash flow to high standards
• Recruit, develop and retain a top‑tier global finance team aligned with leadership goals

What You’ll Need

• Operationally oriented finance leader with a broad skill set across finance, controllership, tax and treasury
• Experience in a publicly listed environment
• Proficiency with financial software and tools (ERP, BI tools) and ability to optimize processes for business outcomes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
