Responsibilities for this function include :work closely with various internal stakeholders to build an operating model for the credit secondaries businessreview of quarterly reporting, including capital account statements, and all supporting accounting reports prepared by third party fund administrator (“TPA”) ensuring all reporting is in compliance with US GAAP and legal documentsdevelop efficient processes to review TPA reportingprepare distribution recommendations and review distribution calculations and notices prepared by the TPAassist senior management with matters related to closings and terms of legal documentsgrow and manage a team dedicated to the accounting and reporting for credit secondaries fundsThis role will report into the SVP, Head of Valuations.The ideal candidate is someone who has :10+ years of asset management accounting experience with a focus on funds invested in private markets with a focus on private credit preferredA technical understanding of US GAAP and the ability to apply GAAP concepts to complex transactions and complex fund structures #J-18808-Ljbffr
