Overview Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, we seek a senior marketing executive to lead and scale our marketing efforts for the UCC business line. This role acts as a divisional CMO, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance across channels, including brand, demand, digital, and e-commerce. We need a strategic leader with expertise in performance marketing, product positioning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies—capable of operating at the executive level to drive growth and elevate marketing capabilities globally. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning Own the UCC marketing strategy aligned with business goals Serve as a trusted partner to the GM and CCO, acting as the senior marketing executive Translate business strategies into measurable marketing priorities Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team Manage marketing budgets effectively Foster a results-driven team culture focused on outcomes Digital, Paid Media & E-Commerce Lead digital marketing and e-commerce operations, including paid media and conversion optimization Oversee online sales funnels to drive signups and pipeline growth Enhance digital experiences for buyers and customers Go-to-Market Execution Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products and campaigns Lead messaging and positioning strategies Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams Brand & Communications Manage brand consistency and messaging for UCC Oversee content strategy and brand expression in partnership with corporate teams Performance & Analytics Define and report on marketing KPIs Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement based on data insights Qualifications 15+ years of marketing experience, including 7+ years leading teams Proven experience managing a full marketing portfolio in SaaS or tech Strong background in digital performance marketing and e-commerce Experience scaling marketing organizations and leading growth initiatives Expertise in go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing Excellent communication skills with executive presence Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred U.S.-based experience and familiarity with North American SaaS markets preferred What We Offer We provide comprehensive benefits including health coverage, paid time off, professional development support, wellness programs, and employee resource groups.
