Basic Requirements You bring proven expertise in rapid-scale construction management and a bias toward decisive action. Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with focus on operations or infrastructure Demonstrated success managing multi-site construction or facility development projects with aggressive timelines Exceptional skill navigating building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements across diverse jurisdictions Proven ability to create standardized systems that enable parallel execution of complex physical projects Strong vendor management capabilities with track record of negotiating favorable terms at scale U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~1 week/month to construction sites Proficiency with construction management software and willingness to leverage AI tools for optimization About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
