Responsibilities Own a critical launch domain such as regulatory navigation, campus development, systems implementation, or financial operations.
Drive decisions independently and be accountable for outcomes.
Create and validate operational playbooks in real-time.
Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to build infrastructure.
Utilize AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Take command of a fundamental operational pillar in the nationwide school launch initiative, executing with speed and scalability while owning your domain's success.
Minimum Requirements At least 3 years at an MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
Success leading complex operations in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in regulatory compliance, facility development, systems implementation, or financial operations.
Strong analytical and execution skills.
Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel ~25%.
Experience with AI tools and enthusiasm for innovation.
Position Details This is a full-time, long-term position with immediate availability. Compensation is $200/hour, totaling approximately $400,000/year, paid weekly. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
