What You’ll Do Own Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategy to achieve ambitious ARR targets. Build & Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and inspire a world-class sales org (AEs, SDRs, regional leaders). Enterprise Sales Leadership: Drive complex deals with health systems, payers, and strategic partners. Sales Operations & Process: Establish repeatable, scalable GTM playbooks, forecasting discipline, and pipeline visibility. Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align around value delivery. Market Expansion: Identify new verticals, channels, and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption. What We’re Looking For Proven track record as VP Sales or senior sales leader in healthcare SaaS / MedTech. Success in building and scaling teams from Series A–D through high-growth (ARR $5M–$50M+). Experience closing enterprise healthcare deals (providers, payers, or life sciences). Deep understanding of healthcare decision cycles, procurement, and compliance dynamics. Strong operational discipline: pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM/RevOps tooling. Passion for mission-driven innovation in healthcare. What is in it for you?
