We're looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own our demand generation strategy, amplify brand awareness, and build a high-performing team to drive scalable growth. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product to align priorities and turn strategy into results.

Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and own the overarching B2B marketing strategy, aligning it with company-wide business objectives, sales goals, and product roadmap
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new growth opportunities and refine target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
Define clear, measurable marketing objectives (SMART goals) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and demonstrate ROI
Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration:
Lead the planning and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including:
Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-value B2B content (whitepapers, e-books, case studies, webinars, blog posts, sales collateral) tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
SEO & SEM: Drive organic and paid search strategies to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns.
Email Marketing: Develop sophisticated lead-nurturing programs and email campaigns.
Webinars & Events: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to generate leads and foster engagement.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement targeted ABM programs for key enterprise accounts.
Optimize conversion funnels from initial awareness to MQL, SQL, and closed-won deals
Brand & Messaging Excellence:
Refine and articulate the company's unique value proposition, messaging, and positioning within the competitive SaaS landscape
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives that position CXT Software as a leader in delivery operations
Marketing Operations & Analytics:
Oversee and optimize the marketing technology (MarTech) stack, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools
Implement robust reporting, analytics, and attribution models to measure campaign performance, demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue, and optimize spend
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives
Forecast marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue
Sales & Customer Success Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the Sales leadership to define and refine lead qualification criteria (MQLs, SQLs) and optimize the lead handoff process
Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless collaboration
Empower the Sales team with compelling sales enablement content, tools, and training
Partner with Customer Success to support customer retention, expansion, and advocacy efforts
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews
Champion continuous learning and professional development within the team
Requirements
Senior-level B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a proven track record leading demand generation and full-funnel strategy that drives measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Hands-on expertise with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with strong data fluency to track ROI and optimize performance
Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Sales to align goals, manage lead handoff, and support enablement
Hands-on Keyboard: willing to roll up sleeves and do actual work
Strategic: able to run a marketing department mostly independently
Hungry: wants to come in, make an impact, and be rewarded for it
PLG: advocate of and experience with product-led growth
Marketing Budget: experience with optimizing marketing budget ROI across all marketing channels
Analytical: strong in marketing data & KPIs
Proven experience leveraging AI in go-to-market strategies
Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent
Strong communication skills and a player-coach mindset — strategic thinking combined with a willingness to execute
Nice to have
Proven track record of success in driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution in a B2B environment
Deep expertise in various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid social, email marketing)
Extensive experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and experience with marketing attribution models
