The Vice President Sales, Retail role is responsible for leading and driving sales strategies to expand Evian's presence, market share, and brand equity in the Retail channel for Water. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the National Retail Sales channel and customers, as well as a strong understanding of direct-to-store distribution (DSD). Working closely with our distribution partners, KDP and Pepsi, this role will lead a direct team of 4. The responsibilities include internal business planning, annual customer growth plans, and daily liaison with KDP customer teams and regions to ensure adherence to execution standards. A key strength required is relationship management and the ability to deliver results through influence and support. This role reports to the SVP, Waters. Responsibilities include: Annual Planning: Develop internal annual plans for KDP, Pepsi, and support the Danone Natural Team. Channel Strategic Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand Evian's market share in the Multi-Channel, aligning with company objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 4, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, commercial, finance, supply chain, and other departments to execute sales strategies. Market Analysis: Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Forecasting: Own channel-specific sales forecasting and demand management. Joint Business Planning: Lead annual JBP process for national accounts with KDP, Pepsi, and the internal Natural Channel. Execution of AMPS strategy: Implement assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving strategies across accounts. Performance Management: Analyze water segment performance and recommend corrective actions. Long Term Planning: Develop long-term forecasts for demand planning. Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead reviews with leadership and partners. Monthly routines: Conduct MOR calls with KDP and cascade calls internally. The base salary ranges from $230,000 to $280,000 annually, depending on experience.
