We are hiring a dynamic Workday HRIS Lead to manage this next critical stage of the project. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to own delivery, lead a small team, and collaborate closely with technical stakeholders in the Digital (Integrations) team. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end testing phase of the Workday HCM rollout Manage and mentor a team of 2 HRIS professionals Be the strategic point of contact between HR and the technical integrations team (Digital) If required, take on additional technical ownership should a contractor not be retained Navigate the final bumps in the rollout and ensure a smooth transition to post-go-live support Drive Workday process improvement and optimization beyond the implementation Why Join: Competitive base salary up to $190,000 USD 20% bonus Excellent benefits package Clear ownership and leadership in a global HRIS project Modern hybrid working model: 3 days onsite in either Billerica or Atlanta What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in Workday HCM, preferably across full lifecycle implementations Leadership experience – ideally managing HRIS or functional Workday teams Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with technical and HR leaders Solid understanding of integrations, testing, and change management principles Interviewing Now: Interviews are taking place this month.
