The Associate General Counsel will report to the head of Second Sight Solutions as well as BRG’s General Counsel, and will support Second Sight Solutions from a commercial operations perspective, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as letters of engagement and non-disclosure agreements, and maintaining regulatory requirements. Experience : 3-6 years of general commercial contracting and negotiating experience is required with a focus on healthcare contracting. Required Experience : 3-6 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm and/or corporate legal department with a focus on healthcare. Preferred Experience: Ability to counsel and confer directly with internal clients and to engage directly with third parties. Commercial negotiating skills.
