Compensation: $300k Base + Generous Bonus + Multi-Million Equity Upside

  • Comfortable with 30–40% travel.
  • Boston-based (preferred) or willing to travel regularly.

This isn’t a cushy post-exit seat: the business is already a market leader, but the next CCO must be driven, hands-on, and ready to build.
