Our client conducts business throughout the United States, and has a headcount around 150. This is a hybrid role reporting directly to the President. We are ideally targeting a strategic financial leader with 15+ years of experience to go with leadership and analytical skills. We are specifically looking for candidates that are forward thinking over transactional, and have the executive presence to be a key part of the leadership team. The successful candidate will assist in pricing, proposal scoping, continuous margin improvement, and flexibly address needs and run the accounting and finance team for the foreseeable future.
