CFO Mission & Impact To lead and execute the financial strategy that powers rapid development and scalable operations—while maintaining financial rigor and real-time clarity. As Brewtopia’s first CFO, you will shape capital allocation, implement systemized controls across construction and store performance, and build the financial infrastructure of a fast-scaling, multi-unit enterprise.
Responsibilities
Design and manage capital deployment plans for multi-unit development projects
Build and maintain multi-year forecasting, development pacing, and ROI models
Optimize the use of equity and debt across site-specific and platform-wide investments
Develop scalable accounting, budgeting, and treasury systems
Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, unit-level variance analysis, and executive dashboard reporting
Establish internal controls and data systems to support rapid growth
Collaborate with real estate and construction teams on site underwriting and financial approval processes
Oversee construction draw schedules, general contractor payment timelines, and CapEx control systems
Create models to support lease vs. own decisions and portfolio ROI tracking
Serve as the CEO’s financial thought partner across strategy, capital planning, and performance management
Build and lead a lean, high-performing finance team (including analyst, controller, and AP/AR support)
Support investor and lender reporting, due diligence, and financial storytelling
Qualifications
Extensive financial leadership experience (7–15 years) within QSR, multi-unit retail, franchise operations, or real estate development environments
Deep expertise in capital deployment, real estate finance, and managing cash flow in high-growth settings
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable financial systems, reporting frameworks, and infrastructure
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
Flexible work style, with hybrid availability and willingness to travel to key markets as needed
Total Rewards Package
Base Salary: $225,000 - $250,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 40%, tied to capital deployment and financial systems execution
Equity/Phantom Equity/GP Carry: Depending on experience and strategic fit, eligible candidates may receive these tailored long-term incentives
