Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) needed for a fast-growing international industrial group with operations across Europe, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region. The company is undergoing significant transformation and requires immediate senior HR leadership to support its global growth and integration agenda. The Role The Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will join the executive leadership team for a defined period to provide strategic and operational HR leadership during a critical phase of growth and transformation. Reporting lines: Direct reports: 1 Indirect reports: 7 (HR leaders across international sites) Reporting to: Group CEO Candidate Profile 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in industrial/manufacturing or multi-site environments Strong background in leading organizations through transformation, post-merger integration, or restructuring Proven ability to quickly adapt and deliver impact in interim or transitional leadership assignments Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to balance urgent priorities with strategic oversight Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and align stakeholders quickly Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally Key Responsibilities Provide immediate HR leadership and ensure stability of global HR operations during a period of transition Review and refine the company’s HR structures, processes, and systems to support rapid scaling Oversee talent acquisition and critical workforce planning to address urgent business needs Support leadership development, succession, and retention of key talent in a transitional context Guide cultural alignment and change management initiatives across multiple countries Ensure compliance with relevant labour regulations and manage HR risk exposure Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on people and organizational matters Prepare the organization for the handover to a long-term HR leadership solution What We Offer Competitive interim remuneration package Opportunity to play a decisive role during a critical transformation phase High visibility within the leadership team and across the global organization Collaborative, international environment We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
