Your Role As a Senior Manager of Consulting, you will be a Platform Leader, responsible for overseeing a key industry, domain, or service line within our consulting practice. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, delivering exceptional consulting services, and enhancing our team\'s capabilities. You will work in a remote setting and report to the Consulting Capability Leader. Your Responsibilities Business Development: Lead and drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and grow revenue within the designated platform area. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and create tailored proposals that showcase our value proposition. Collaborate with our teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development plans. Consulting Services Delivery: Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting engagements that exceed client expectations. Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging industry or domain expertise to help them achieve their business goals. Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Capability Development: Drive the development of consulting capabilities within your platform area, ensuring our team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge. Develop and deliver training programs, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build the skills and expertise of our consultants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and technologies that enhance our consulting offerings. Travel Requirements: This role may require significant travel, depending on client needs and project demands. Travel can vary but may be up to 80%. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule are essential for this position. Qualifications The Essentials - You Will Have Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have 5+ years of experience in a senior consulting role with a focus on digital transformation, cybersecurity or industrial automation. 5+ years of management experience in a consulting environment. Experience in a process manufacturing environment (Metals, Mining, Cement, or Chemicals). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire. A bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree. Innovation and AI-first mentality and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
