Your Opportunity As a Senior Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will drive change and innovation by delivering technology transformation projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs and quality, and you will lead both technical and non-technical project teams in developing and implementing technology solutions and/or infrastructure. Your Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple activities. Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve performance objectives. Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed. Travel requirements: Required regularly as needed by external clients. Skills And Attributes For Success Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for clients that guide their overall business plans. Communicate strategic visions to clients and help socialise the strategy within the organization. Assess client business models and identify new revenue opportunities within business, technology and customer constraints. Collaborate with EY design, architecture, technology and cross-service line teams to ensure requirements are integrated into the user experience. Participate in pitches and business development. Contribute to domain expertise, thought leadership, and EY acumen through first-party research. Maintain points of view across Americas Consulting sectors and digital capabilities from internal and third-party sources. Partner with client services to grow key accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Lead engagement delivery and manage engagement economics for the whole engagement. Develop resource plans and budgets for the engagement. Manage client relationships with daily interactions as needed. Identify sales opportunities and new business opportunities. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); master’s degree preferred. Typically 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Platform). Experience in at least three areas among solution architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, content management, analytics, cloud delivery, web development, digital and related domains, with focus on IoT and XaaS. 5+ years of significant experience in platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint; Customer solutions like Salesforce; Digital Content Management; Enterprise solutions; Mobile technologies. Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills; interest in integrating enterprise processes with technology. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s preferred. Certifications highly preferred.
