Role: Senior Manager, Technology Transformation Program Delivery You will drive change and innovation by managing technology transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and leading technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions and infrastructure. You will shape the future of technology within EY and make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities Leading and directing multiple activities up to Managers, ensuring quality and risk management. Managing client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects. Traveling as required for client engagements. Skills and attributes for success Deep understanding of project delivery methods like Agile and waterfall, problem-solving skills, and experience in strategic client engagement are essential. You should also have: Ability to develop strategic visions and communicate them effectively. Experience assessing business models and identifying new revenue opportunities. Collaborative skills with cross-disciplinary teams. Experience in business development and client satisfaction. Experience leading engagement delivery and managing project economics. Proficiency in resource planning and budgeting. Strong communication skills and ability to manage client interactions. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. 5-7+ years relevant experience in Salesforce or similar platforms. Experience in areas like IoT, XaaS, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, big data, cloud, web development, and social media solutions. Experience with platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe, WordPress, SAP Hybris, iOS, Android, etc. Strong communication and industry knowledge. Willingness to travel. Preferred qualifications Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics. Certifications relevant to the role.
