EisnerAmper is hiring a Director for its Risk and Compliance Services practice, specifically within the National Security Advisory team. This team provides risk advisory and compliance solutions based on risk management standards and technical expertise. Note: This role is hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to an EA office or client site. What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper Be part of a leading, fast-growing accounting and advisory firm Enjoy flexible work arrangements supporting work/life balance Join a culture recognized as a top “Places to Work” Responsibilities include Conduct third-party monitoring and audits related to national security mitigation agreements (National Security Advisory experience is a plus) Maintain and tailor client relationships and engagements Lead client engagements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions Manage priorities, budgets, and staff oversight during engagements Support business development, including identifying opportunities and preparing proposals Ensure scope aligns with USG National Security interests and requirements Assess companies’ national security risk mitigation, interact with external counsel and USG agencies Lead assessments of clients’ national security posture, compliance with standards like NSAs, SCAs, NIST, COSO Maintain deep knowledge of frameworks including IT governance, risk, and compliance Develop NSA Compliance Policies, Security Plans, and POAMs Occasional extended hours or travel may be required Basic Qualifications 15+ years of cybersecurity experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification 10+ years of experience working with USG agencies like FBI or in related security fields Preferred/Desired Qualifications Master’s degree or J.D. Strong knowledge of NIST and ISMS frameworks Willingness to travel 10-25% Knowledge of advanced security technologies and solutions EisnerAmper is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
