Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed. Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 2-4 years of relevant experience; minimum of three years’ consulting experience. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik). Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Backgrounds may include: Management reporting, Long Range planning, Strategic planning, Capital planning, Implementation consultant. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%. Ideal/Preferred Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred. Strong ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients.
