Overview Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Senior - Tech Consulting - Location Open. Base pay range: $112,300.00/yr - $185,400.00/yr. Location: Anywhere in Country. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions within EPM, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and integration with analytical and reporting solutions. Responsibilities Translating business requirements into technical solutions. Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes. Contributing to project delivery and tracking status. Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed. Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 2-4 years of relevant experience; minimum of three years’ consulting experience. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik). Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Backgrounds may include: Management reporting, Long Range planning, Strategic planning, Capital planning, Implementation consultant. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%. Ideal/Preferred Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred. Strong ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients.
