What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Perform structured analysis and data mining to identify and resolve discrepancies - Maintain and validate financial data sets and accounts using financial reports - Contribute to budget development, forecasting, and financial analyses - Prepare and analyze financial reports and assist in management information reporting - Serve as a primary resource for client groups on financial matters

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - Two or more years of relevant financial experience - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Strong communication skills for conveying complex financial concepts - Basic project management skills and ability to work as part of a project team
