We are a diverse team of entrepreneurs building for entrepreneurs. TL;DR We're looking for our Head of User Acquisition at Photoroom to accelerate our new active subscribers' growth. About the role Reporting to the VPGrowth, you will manage Photoroom's paid acquisition budget — an eight-figure budget across Meta, Apple Ads, Google / YouTube, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and potential offline activities. About You Seasoned Performance Marketer: typically 7+ years driving mobile and web UA with ownership of a ≥$25M yearly budget. We value skills and impact over exact years. Subscription-Model Expert: Experience with CAC, payback, and renewal metrics in freemium-to-paid products. Hands-on Operator: Regularly launch campaigns end-to-end, build prototypes, leverage AI to improve productivity. Measurement Enthusiast: Fluent in SQL, Looker, Amplitude (or similar); skilled in designing tests, analyzing lift, and triangulating learnings. Process Builder: Capable of managing large budgets with effective processes. Fast & Candid: Believes speed and feedback lead to better decisions; default to radical candor. Owner Mentality: Diagnoses, reallocates, and fixes ROAS dips proactively.
