Position Details

Position: Interim CFO

Location/Commute: Hybrid in Westchester

Hours: Flexible on start and end times, high likelihood for overtime during quarterly close

Pay Rate: $80-90/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 6 employees Manage SEC reporting for the 10-Q, approving Senior Accountant's footnotes and the internal and external document review Review inventory accounting and ensure GAAP compliance Work directly with external auditors Manage stock compensation Ensure SOX compliance and review controls

Qualifications

BS in Accounting + CPA 5+ years of experience in a senior-level role including SEC reporting and SOX compliance responsibilities Recent experience (within the last year) with publicly traded companies required Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus but not required No prior pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience necessary, but would be a huge plus
