Overview A prestigious international law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation. Qualifications JD from a top-tier law school. 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Strong writing, research, and case management skills. Admission to the California Bar is required. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across offices and practices. Responsibilities Engage in discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation for complex litigation matters. Support high-stakes litigation with collaborative teamwork across offices and practices. Practice Focus Areas Complex commercial litigation Contract disputes Breach of fiduciary duty and fraud M&A and joint venture disputes Bankruptcy-related litigation Statutory and regulatory claims Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $260,000 – $365,000, commensurate with experience.
