Job Purpose:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Solution Architect to manage and optimize the current Oracle HCM Cloud platform and lead integration of HCM systems from acquired companies into a unified environment. This critical role will ensure the scalability, integrity, and seamless functioning of HR technology during periods of organizational growth, especially through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) .
Key Responsibilities Act as both technical and functional leader for the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Design and manage system migration strategies for integrating newly acquired companies into the centralized Oracle HCM system.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and M&A teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive migration and integration plans.
Provide end-to-end oversight on data mapping, architecture alignment, and technical execution during onboarding.
Perform application configuration and unit testing iterations.
Troubleshoot and optimize system configurations and maintain data accuracy across all HR modules.
Integrate Oracle HCM with broader enterprise tools including Snowflake, Informatica, ERP platforms, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform .
Ensure all architecture aligns with enterprise data and integration standards .
Contribute to platform enhancements, proof-of-concept initiatives , and strategic planning.
Monitor Oracle HCM updates and proactively recommend adoption of new features or best practices.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or HRIS, with strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud .
In-depth expertise in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation .
Practical experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM to support end-to-end HR business processes .
Strong track record of handling M&A HR systems integration and migration .
Understanding of Oracle SOAP/REST APIs used in HCM Data Loader (HDL) automation.
Familiarity with HDL file structures, error management, data transformation, and related business objects.
Some knowledge of Fast Formula within HDL is an advantage.
Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration , preferably using Informatica IDMC and Snowflake .
Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills, ideally with a desire or ability to learn SnowSQL .
Familiarity with software development life cycles, reporting, and metrics across full implementations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects effectively.
Willingness to work onsite at least two days per week , in line with the firm’s hybrid work policy.
