This position is ideal for a 4th–5th year associate who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility advising private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across a broad range of transactions. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and manage private equity-backed M&A deals and related corporate transactions. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with business teams to provide strategic legal advice. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex agreements—such as purchase agreements, merger agreements, and LLC/LP agreements—overseeing due diligence and deal execution, and collaborating across offices and practices to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
