Job requirements The Regional Sales Director at Aptia plays a critical role in shaping and executing the regional sales strategy. This leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, deepening relationships within the broker community, and cultivating relationships with enterprise-level prospects. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of solution-based selling in competitive markets. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with Aptia’s overall goals Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Executives to exceed quotas and pipeline targets Foster relationships with senior stakeholders in key enterprise accounts Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats Partner with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on prospect needs Forecast sales projections and contribute to budget planning and territory management Represent Aptia at industry events, conferences, and client engagements within the region Ensure the team’s adoption and accurate usage of CRM systems and sales performance metrics What we’re looking for 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B services or enterprise solutions Proven track record of leading teams to exceed multi-million-dollar revenue goals Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), software tools such as BenefitFlow, ZoomInfo, MiEdge / Zywave, HighSpot, and comfort with data analysis tools Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus Willingness to travel across the region (approx. 40–50%) What we Offer Competitive base salary + lucrative performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and wellness support Leadership role in a growth-focused, innovative organization Flexible hybrid or remote work environment Continuous professional development opportunities How to apply If you are interested in this role, then we’d love to hear from you.
