Through the use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients in the Healthcare industry. As an Analyst, you’ll work across a variety of clients and projects which vary in length and size. In addition to client work, you’ll also get a chance to participate in team culture initiatives and social events.
Responsibilities Executing against project workplans, escalating risks and barriers and coordinating client communication to ensure project delivery schedule is achieved
Observing and assess key areas of opportunity with a range of stakeholders and synthesize findings into comprehensive recommendations for clients
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and communicate synthesized results to senior internal team members to inform client deliverables
Collaborating with internal team members during the course of the project, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
Attending regular client meetings to identify and analyze key metrics for both internal and client leadership teams
Job Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree (BS, BA) required / preferred areas of study include Information Systems, Health Care Informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, technical or health care analytics related discipline or equivalent experience
1-2 years of relevant experience
Proven analytical skills particularly with large, comprehensive data sets
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to internal and client stakeholders, including complex, technical information, with a strong attention to detail
Role is predominantly remote, with expectation of occasional travel for internal or client meetings
US Work Authorization required
Experience with comprehensive healthcare data sets (claims, financial performance, clinical, and other related healthcare data)
Recent healthcare consulting, analytics, and/or technical experience in a team-based professional services firm environment
Skills/Competencies Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Demonstrated experience in issue resolution
Demonstrated experience in systemic and logical approach to problem solving
Working both autonomously, and collaboratively with others, with limited supervision and with the ability to navigate in uncertainty
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Demonstrable experience in advanced data analysis / visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI, etc.)
Strong written communication and documentation skills to create and edit internal and client deliverables that are succinct, articulate, and meet Huron’s standards of quality
Exceptional organization and time management skills to manage multiple priorities at once with fast-paced turnaround times
Salary and Benefits The estimated base salary range for this job is $80,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $86,400 -$100,800. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
