What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to enhance FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish strategies for data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure technology solutions meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for system solutions
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and data processing using ETL/ELT tools
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and optimize SQL queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
