OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Responsibilities Foster consensus on architectural designs to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable product delivery. Develop early prototypes of product components and rigorously validate them for technical design, security, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with Product/Application teams, peer architects, and partner organizations to evaluate, select, recommend, and configure technologies. Lead the design and take ownership of solutions architecture, presenting architecture solution options clearly to product owners and architecture leadership. Collaborate closely with development teams to translate software architecture into cutting-edge designs, while upholding standards and best practices. Essential Skills and Experience Abilities: Knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies; ability to design complex distributed solutions with a big-picture view; able to provide services to internal and external clients. Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on development and application design; at least 5 years in an architect role on large-scale software projects (preferably SaaS); strong experience designing for container-based deployments; working knowledge of Azure or AWS. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA; Orlando, FL; Milwaukee, WI) with a 25% in-office requirement.
