About the Role
We are hiring an oCHRO Partner Advisor to support Workday’s services delivery related to the oCHRO buying center. Your role involves supporting the implementation of Partner’s Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices, mentoring partner managers, and serving as a key contact for high-risk partner deployments.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering CoE services and supporting partner practice growth
Supporting complex pursuits and deployments
Driving efficiency and quality improvements
Creating standard methodologies, documentation, and pre-configuration materials
Serving as an authority in Workday HCM products and deployment approaches
Resolving issues for high-profile deployments
Influencing product and solution development
Advising on collaboration strategies and certifications
Willingness to travel up to 25%
About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years as a Human Capital Systems implementation consultant
4+ years of Workday experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Voice, Talent, or Learning
3+ years working with services deployment partners
Other Qualifications:
Strong relationship-building skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Mentoring and training abilities
Experience with planning, reporting, and analytics tools
Proven project management in cross-functional environments
