About the Role The GPO is hiring an oCHRO Partner Advisor to support Workday’s services delivery related to the oCHRO buying center. You will help implement and maintain Partner’s Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, mentor partner managers, and serve as a key contact for resolving issues in high-risk deployments.
In this role, you will:
Deliver CoE services to partners and support practice growth
Support complex pursuits and deployments
Improve efficiency and quality of services
Create methodologies, documentation, presentations, and pre-configuration
Become an authority in Workday HCM products and deployment approaches
Resolve issues for high-profile deployments
Influence product and solution development
Vet customer concerns before escalation
Advise on collaboration strategies, certifications, and new offerings
Travel up to 25%
About You Basic Qualifications:
5+ years' experience as a Human Capital Systems implementation consultant
4+ years' Workday experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Voice, Talent, or Learning
3+ years working with services deployment partners
Other Qualifications:
Strong relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders
Analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

Experience with planning, reporting, and analytics tools
Proven project management in cross-functional environments

Primary Location: Denver, CO. Base Pay Range: $124,500 - $186,700 USD. Additional US locations: $118,300 - $210,000 USD.
