About the Role About the Role: Prepare and manage tax returns, income tax, financial statements, and other relevant taxes. Run client engagements, including consultations, recommendations, and tax planning. Identify potential tax concerns and ensure compliance. Correspond with authorities regarding tax inquiries, audits, and notices. Involved in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. Mentor junior employees within the team, fostering their professional growth. Manage a team of 10. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field. 4+ years of experience, preferably with public accounting or similar industry experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and consulting. Solid communication skills and the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. 6 Weeks Annual Leave. 4-day work week. No time-sheets. Work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home. Involvement in advisory work immediately. Direct involvement with major stakeholders and exposure to a variety of areas in the business. Full CPA Support (Paid upfront + 4 days leave per module).
