As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Responsibilities Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role. Spend time on a variety of tax planning projects, responsibilities and tasks for a diverse client base, delivering up-to-date tax advice clients can rely on. Provide meaningful business insights by analyzing an evolving portfolio of increasingly complex tax operations. Identify potential opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients. Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients' tax activities. Research clients' business operations and build long-lasting relationships to tailor advice to their needs. Supervise a motivated team of professionals, ensuring they have the skills and opportunities to reach their potential. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline. Seven to ten years' real estate tax experience in a professional services environment. Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring. Experience managing budgets, people and projects; business development within the market. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context; ability to prioritize multiple complex projects. Strong influencing skills and the confidence to question existing processes. Willingness to travel as needed; able to work in a balanced hybrid environment. CPA qualification or state bar membership. The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
