Job Details
The Transaction Services team supports private equity firms, founder-led businesses, and investors across all phases of the deal process. Typical projects include :
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side & sell-side)
Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
Acting as a liaison during due diligence
General diligence on acquisition targets
Financial modeling
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support Transaction Services engagements
Prepare analysis, reports, and client deliverables
Enhance internal workflows and tools
Contribute to business development
Participate in strategic planning and firm operations
Mentor and train junior team members
What We’re Looking For :
4+ years of Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience
Experience working for a Top 10 public accounting firm
CPA required
Background in audit is a plus
