Vice President of Transaction Services

Overview

The Transaction Services team supports private equity firms, founder-led businesses, and investors across all phases of the deal process. Typical projects include quality of earnings (QoE) analysis, historical accounting clean-up for transactions, due diligence liaison, and financial modeling.

Base pay and compensation

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Hybrid opportunity with a $150k base, $25k guaranteed first year bonus, additional bonuses, and commission on new client referrals.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience
• Experience working for a Top 10 public accounting firm
• CPA required
• Background in audit is a plus

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Transaction Services engagements
• Prepare analysis, reports, and client deliverables
• Enhance internal workflows and tools
• Contribute to business development
• Participate in strategic planning and firm operations
• Mentor and train junior team members
