What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Own and manage the overall partner strategy and execution for Salesforce alliances - Foster and maintain senior executive relationships to ensure support for the partnership - Develop strategic relationships with sales, marketing, and delivery organizations to advance partnership goals - Guide regional teams to enhance lead generation and pipeline growth - Ensure compliance with certification targets and manage contractual commitments with Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in alliance/partner management, particularly with Salesforce or other SaaS, CRM, ERP platforms - Proven experience in enabling partner strategies across sales and digital practices - Experience in large corporate environments with the ability to influence across divisions - Skilled program manager with experience in navigating matrixed teams - Bachelor’s degree required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Salesforce partner programs and processes - International work experience is preferred - Familiarity with sales or alliance operational software platforms - Salesforce or other relevant certifications are a plus - Ability to travel approximately 25%
