What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Own and manage the overall partner strategy and business plan for Salesforce alliances - Foster and maintain senior executive relationships between the employer and Salesforce - Develop strategic relationships across sales, marketing, and delivery organizations to advance partnership goals - Ensure certification targets for partnership success are met within the organization - Align partnership activities across North America, EMEAL, and Japan organizations

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management, with direct experience in managing SaaS, CRM, or ERP platform vendors - Proven experience enabling partner strategy with sales and digital practices - Skilled program manager capable of influencing and aligning across divisional lines - Experience navigating multiple, matrixed teams in large corporate environments - Bachelor's degree required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years of global leadership experience at an Executive level - Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS, CRM, ERP platforms - Familiarity with Salesforce partner programs and processes - International work experience preferred - Salesforce (or other SaaS, CRM, ERP) Certifications a plus
