What You'll Do
Our Associate Partners / Partners (AP / P) are key leaders that drive success and help shape the firm. The AP / P plays an integral role in our Go-to-Market plan to help find, open, and establish new local and national clients and accounts. The core responsibilities of this role include Business Development, Business Expertise, Leadership, People Management, and Consulting.
As a key driver in the sales of new business and origination of new revenue, AP / P will join our firm with an ability to leverage their rich network of connections that translate into new business for our firm. The ability to further that personal network to deepen existing relationships while cultivating new ones, and having a passion for growth, will be instrumental to this position's success. They will have a deep understanding of the Seattle market with the ability to deepen existing relationships while building new pipelines.
Associate Partner Responsibilities
Ownership of at least one (1) Key Account >
Maintain Team chargeability >
Minimum originated revenue of $2,500K, managed revenue of $750K per year
Minimum x-border, x-selling of $500K per year
Partner Responsibilities
Ownership of accounts totaling at least $2M in revenue per year
Maintain Team chargeability >
Minimum originated revenue of $4,500K, managed revenue of $500K per year
Minimum x-border, x-selling of $500K per year
Qualifications
Total experience of 10 years related to client delivery, practice management, business development and sales origination experience required within a management consulting firm
Proven experience working with top-tier, global clients
Passion for and growth focused sales professional with proven record of accomplishment of exceeding personal revenue goals through business expertise
Desire to build an opportunity with an organization that fosters their entrepreneurial spirit
Proven record of accomplishment of originating sales pursuits and closing sales, creating solutions to complex business programs, operational excellence, and strong understanding of consultative sales approach
Drive profitability and position for continued growth and expansion
Ability to drive relationships within C-Suite and other senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome
Ability to travel for client and company meetings; up to 30%
Currently based in Seattle and eligible to work in the United States
Additional Information
Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific market location, role, skill set and level / years of experience
Annual Salary is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00 annually.

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business / market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
