Key Responsibilities: Manage and update knowledge resources, including precedents, forms, and procedures. Coordinate with attorneys to develop and maintain standard templates and checklists. Identify and implement technology-driven legal solutions (e.g., AI-based tools, document automation). Facilitate thought leadership through client advisories and industry updates. Enhance practice communication and resource accessibility. Support training initiatives in collaboration with Professional Development teams. Analyze workflow processes and recommend process improvements. Qualifications: J.D. and 5+ years of experience in a corporate law practice (M&A, securities, venture capital ). Proficiency in legal software, including iManage and document automation tools. Strong project management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
